HCC Heritage Conservation Consulting Inc. is an international company located in Quebec, Canada, founded in 2017. HCC specializes in conservation, restoration, and development of urban, architectural, and archaeological sites.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

HCC\u2019s founder, Dr Mahmoud Bendakir, is an architect with a Ph.D. in conservation of historic and archaeological sites from the Sorbonne University in Paris (Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes), France, and a Master\u2019s Degree in Earthen Architecture from CRATerre research Centre – ENSAG in Grenoble, France. Architect Mahmoud Bendakir is an international expert and UNESCO consultant for many projects. He founded the MB Conservation company in France and was an active member of the International Centre for Earthen Building \u2013 CRATerre from 1994 to 2011.<\/p>
